British Customer:

Our raw material is wood waste and is a mix of pure sawdust and shavings. Hardwood, softwood, MDF, chipboard.
We are in the market for a biomass plant and have been looking at the Chinese market to purchase one we would like it delivered to mainland UK the nearest port to us is Rothsyth or Grangemouth Scotland.
We would also need 2 of each of the replacement parts that wear out quickly IE milling parts.

GEMCO:

For making the wood pellets, the best size of raw material is about 3-5mm, the moisture content is around 10-18. GEMCO is pellet machine factory, we supply the matching parts.

Re guarantees and installation of the unit what kind of support do you offer for the end user customer, to make sure the unit is installed correctly, can you confirm that all operating instructions and installation instructions will be in English.

About the payment guarantee, you can check our qualification in your bank. Please see attachment of reports magazine, also the bill of lading of other European customer.
This is a small pellet production line, it's easy installation. We have English Installation Instruction, don't worry.

 
British Customer:

Do you have any sales people in Europe or the UK? How would we speak to if we had problems with the pellet plant? If repairs were required or someone is required to look at the plant how would this happen. We need to fully understand your warranties and back up facility if we encounter any problems with the pellet plant.
We are manufacturing for our own use, to be used in a bio mass pellet boiler that uses a 6mm pellet. Again our waste is sawdust and shavings from the following materials Hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, Chipboard, can you confirm the unit is suitable for our materials?

We have R&D team and engineers. If any small problem, I think we can help solve it with the email and phone immediately.
Yes, normally use 6mm or 8mm pellets for boiler use. The video show final pellet is 6mm.

 
British Customer:

How much is the replacement pellet die and roller and how long from time of order, would it take to deliver the items.
Also would it be possible to have a FOC spare die and roller set sent with the plant so we have spare unit here with us in the UK.

The main wearing spare parts is pellet die and roller. The lifespan is about 500 hours. Suggest order some set spare parts for replacement. Please confirm the quantity.
